These terms govern your use of the https://lateralviewsolutions.com website (the “Site”) operated by Lateral View Solutions Ltd (Company No. 16673116, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of our website only. Any consultancy or development work we perform for you is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work signed between us.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that violates UK law;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our servers, or any connected systems;
  • Submit content that is defamatory, infringing, harassing, or otherwise unlawful;
  • Use automated means to scrape or harvest content beyond what we explicitly permit (we welcome AI crawlers — see /robots.txt and /llms.txt);
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.

3. Intellectual property

Site content (text, graphics, logos, code) is owned by Lateral View Solutions Ltd or licensed to us and protected by UK and international copyright law. You may view, download, and print material for personal, non-commercial use. Republishing or commercial use requires our written permission.

Trade marks (including “Lateral View Solutions”) are the property of Lateral View Solutions Ltd. You may not use them without permission.

4. User submissions

By submitting information through the contact form, you confirm it is accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that we may use it to respond to your enquiry per our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the Site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.

6. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury caused by negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, including loss of profits, business, goodwill, or data. Our total aggregate liability for any direct loss arising from your use of the Site is limited to £100.

These limits do not apply to liabilities under separate consultancy agreements, which carry their own terms.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites — links are provided for convenience.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on the Site for 14 days. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
